About this Event

Therapeutic Qi Gong Session for All

Step out of the noise and into a calm, private space where you can truly reset.

Hi. My name is Zaneta — a Level 1 Qi Gong practitioner trained in Dr. Aihan Kuhn’s therapeutic method, now in my third year of practice in Qi Gong and Tai Chi, alongside Yoga and Breathwork — for a deeply restorative experience.

This gentle yet powerful Qi Gong uses flowing movement, breath, and awareness to release tension, rebalance your energy, and calm the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body.

No experience needed — just come as you are.

Price: £60 per session
Come with a friend or group and share the cost.Max 3 participants.

Give yourself the space to recharge — you’ll feel the difference.
