A day of mindful moment, designed to help us connect to our bodies, and to soothe the nervous system, thereby releasing restrictions and helping to promote easier movement09:00 Welcome & teas/coffee
09:30 Opening meditation - connecting to ourselves
10:00 Mmmove workshop session: looking at any movement issues, or areas of tension, and use techniques to soothe and release.
11:00 Restorative Pilates - focus and calm the mind, whilst working the deep stabilising muscles of the body, to address weaknesses and postural issues
12:00 Short break for refreshments: home-made cake, teas & coffee supplied
12:30 Move Laugh Breathe - a light-hearted class to lift the spirits and release tension.
13:30 Flow Movement Meditation - a meditation through movement - work with your body to release restrictions
14:30 Break for lunch
15:15 Yoga Nidra - complete relaxation
15:45 Healing Meditation (guided meditation incorporating energy healing)
Times are approximate, and may be changed to suit the group

Please bring water and a light lunch
Mats and blocks are provided, but please feel free to bring a blanket/cushion for the relaxation session
