The class is suitable for all levels - Beginners are very welcome.

Bonnie (@Bonnienorfolkdoula) is a local Doula and Women’s space holder who offers embodied doula support for birth, the post-natal period and end of life. She holds monthly Birth empowerment workshop The Great Birth Club (@thegreatbirthclub), an informal and informative session supporting and preparing couples for birth through connection, relaxation and community.
Nicole is a yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiastic; combining the two through her company Back to the Wild (@backtothewildnorfolk) which offers workshops celebrating movement, creativity and nature.
Her classes encourage both children and adults to embrace the natural world, celebrate seasonality and find joy in the freedom of the human body.
