Beltane is a special time, it marks the half way point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice, where the abundance of Spring is beginning to flourish and show itself and the days are noticeably longer. Not only is Beltane on this day this year it also holds the power of a full moon which rises 25 minutes after the sun has set, all of this needs to be celebrated with the beats of our hearts and drums (Sunset is at 8.22pm and Moonrise is at 8.45pm). We’ll meet on the beach (under Lucy’s Cafe on the prom) at 8.00pm and drum through to 9.00pm.
You don’t have to drum to enjoy this event you can come and sit amongst the drumming and feel the vibrations.
