Therapeutic Interventions: Nature-Infused Expressive Arts Therapy

Participants will engage in interactive art-making activities using simple materials such as leaves, stones, natural textures, and earth-inspired media. *If the weather permits, we will venture outdoors for a short time. These experiential exercises demonstrate how nature-based art processes can encourage mindfulness, sensory awareness, and deeper connection to both the environment and personal experience.
