Join Team Zest for a fun, welcoming outdoor vinyasa class led by Cree and Kevin. Come as you are — all levels welcome — move, laugh, and connect as we build a supportive community centered on health and joy. Stay after to mingle and deepen connections. You are welcome to stay after and pay an additional $10 to sauna and plunge (free for paying members of Ember and Ice). We are so excited to see you on the mat!
