About this Event
Lie down, get comfortable, and allow waves of sound—gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls, handpans, didgeridoo, flutes, drums, and sacred songs—to gently wash over you.
Each ceremony is intuitively guided and unfolds differently each time. The journey is carefully paced and shaped in response to the energy of the room, helping support a gradual shift into deeper states of relaxation and meditation.
Beyond a typical sound bath, this is a musical journey—a meditative experience designed to support nervous system regulation and inner exploration. Participants may receive optional one-on-one energetic support through instruments, song, plant brushings, or gentle hands-on techniques.
We honor each person’s autonomy and encourage everyone to trust their own unique experience. Participants often report deep relaxation, quieting of mental chatter, stronger connection to the body, and gentle emotional release. Each session unfolds intuitively, and the effects vary from person to person, often leaving people feeling centered, refreshed, and more attuned to their inner rhythm.
Prasad and Alyssa have been offering this work together for over a decade and are honored to co-create a safe and nourishing container for deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Our intention is to create a safe space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access their natural capacity for healing and insight.
A portion of the proceeds from each event is donated, in reciprocity, to nonprofits supporting the healing of Mother Earth and humanitarian efforts.
