About this Event
The Zane Johnson Quartet delivers originals, standards, and more in the modern straight ahead style. With influences such as Peter Bernstein, Mark Turner and Thelonious Monk, this new group led by guitarist Zane Johnson features the talents of Tristan Cappel on saxophone, Marlonious on bass and Marcello Carelli on drums.
Bio: Los Angeles based jazz guitarist Zane Johnson maintains an active schedule as an in demand musician. Having studied at CSU Long Beach and Fullerton, Johnson has performed at venues across Los Angeles and the country such as Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Grand Ole’ Opry, the Hollywood Bowl, Monterey Jazz Festival, Samfirst, the Broad Stage, and Disneyland. Johnson is also an accomplished educator, having students regularly go on to study guitar at universities across the country.

Where is parking located?
Parking is located under the building, accessible from west of the building off of 1st St. between Bunker Hill Towers and the mini-shopping center AU LAC is in.
Once you’ve turned into the large driveway, turn left into the garage “Guest Parking and Residence Parking of The Promendade”. $12 CASH ONLY.
Additional parking is located directly across Hope St. at Disney Hall - 111 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012. $10.
There is limited street parking in front of Au Lac, Disney Hall and The Music Center.
