You can choose to join Week 1 only, or immerse yourself more fully with both weeks for a comprehensive journey through Books 1 and 2.
Week 1: The Yoga Sutra / Book 1 - Samadih Pada
Study Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras as both a philosophical system and a practical method to live a fulfilling life.
Over the course of a week, dive into these poetic and valuable teachings and realign yourself towards a yogic understanding of happiness and meaningfulness.
This week we focuses on Book I. More than merely an academic approach, Tim teaches the practical application of the teachings in practice and life. Expect to laugh as Tim’s humorous and straight forward, yet profound approach unlocks the deeper meaning within these ancient pearls of wisdom and makes for a fun and enlightening class. All levels are welcome.

Week 2: Yoga Sutra / Book 2 - Sadhana Pada
Study Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras both as a philosophical system and a practical method to live a fulfilling life.

This week focuses on Book 2 and draws upon key Sutras from Book III and Book IV. More than merely an academic approach, Tim teaches the practical application of the teachings in practice and life. Expect to laugh as Tim’s humorous and straight forward, yet profound approach unlocks the deeper meaning within these ancient pearls of wisdom and makes for a fun and enlightening class. Knowledge of The Yoga Sutra's Book 1 is mighty helpful to understand the teachings in this course.
