About this Event

I know times have been tender for many of us - busy, uncertain, or just a little heavy. It feels like we could all use an afternoon to pause, breathe, and rest together.

So I’m writing to share my upcoming offering:
I’ll be leading a 3-hour workshop - The Yoga of Allowing Life - on Saturday, December 13th (3-6 PM) at The Green Yogi - MLK, Berkeley

It’s a gentle, reflective afternoon designed to explore how yoga helps us meet life - its joys and its pains - with softness and awareness. We’ll begin with a digestible and actionable philosophy session on yogic teachings for everyday life (including kleshas), then move into a deep rest asana practice (yin-inspired and restorative), with gentle somatic elements woven throughout. We’ll close with guided journaling and reflection in a sangha circle.
