About this Event
These workshops are for those who would like to explore how writing might help to reduce stress and focus more, using guided exercises to write down the good and the not so good. Participants need no previous creative writing experience or ability to write well. All that is needed is a pen and paper, and a willingness to turn on the writing tap and enhance your own wellbeing in a relaxed environment.
