Join the Literature Department and Philly Typewriter for this 8 part typewriter series. This first session will discuss the multiple times the Typewriter tried to find it’s design and the four men who finally achieved it.
The program will take place ONSITE in the Heim Center. You must enter through the Wood Street entrance in the back of the library.

From the 19th-century prototypes to the IBM Selectric, Philly Typewriter specializes in the restoration and preservation of typewriters.
