If you want more confidence and presence, this session will show you how image and colour can help you show up fabulously before you even speak. Long before you present, sing, or step into the spotlight, your body, clothes, and energy are already communicating. What you wear and how you carry yourself directly affects how confident you feel and how others respond.
This one-off session offers a fresh, accessible route to confidence. Instead of forcing inner change, you start with what you can immediately adjust: your image, your colours, and the way you show up. When your outer expression supports you, confidence naturally grows. Your stance becomes stronger, your voice steadier, and your presence expands. This is not about fashion or fixing yourself; it is about alignment, impact, and feeling incredible in your own skin.
In this session you will explore:
- How image and colour influence confidence and performance
- Choosing colours that support presence and authority
- Stage presence that begins before you speak
- Physical and emotional confidence from the outside in
- Feeling grounded, expressive, and authentic when performing or presenting
This is a supportive, practical session designed to help you step into yourself with ease, clarity, and impact.

Meet your facilitators
Jo and Maria bring Performance Presence as a high-touch, transformational coaching and styling experience for performers, presenters, teachers, speakers, and leaders who want to feel confident, credible, and completely themselves in the spotlight.

It is about knowing you look amazing and performing in true alignment. When your appearance, energy, and voice move as one, you do not need to impress – you simply arrive, and the room feels it.
About Maria and Jo
Maria is a professional musician and singer with 33 years of experience coaching confidence. Jo is a trainer in colour analysis, image, and style, having brought her Zing Colour System to over a thousand clients worldwide. Both are authors individually and collaboratively.
