A New Moon women’s circle holding space to breathe, release, speak, and connect.
We’ll gather in sisterhood to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of what we’ve outgrown.
Through gentle breathwork, throat-opening sounds, journaling, ritual release, and sharing, we’ll explore who we’re becoming — and what we’re ready to leave behind.
As we move closer to the summer solstice, we also take a moment to recognise our own light and what is ready to grow.
No pressure to be anything.
Just come as you are.
Please bring a journal + pen, a blanket or pillow for comfort, and snacks to share if you’d like 🤍
