About this Event
The Wisdom of the Body is an experiential class designed to help you connect deeply with the innate intelligence of your body.
Course Components include:
• Exploration of the Body’s Systems: Engage in guided explorations of the body’s key systems, such as the muscular, skeletal and nervous systems, as well as the chakra system. Through this exploration, you will develop a deeper understanding of somatics and how these systems need to work in harmony to support your overall well-being.
• Movement Practice: Gentle movement practices to awaken and honor the body’s natural rhythms. Whether through mindful stretching, yoga, or other forms of movement, you will learn to move in ways that align with your body’s unique needs.
• Sitting Practice: Engaging in a sitting meditation practice to cultivate stillness, presence, and a deeper connection to the body. This allows you to listen to and feel your body’s energy and attune to its signals and subtle wisdom.
• Journaling: Reflective journaling will be an integral part of the class, offering a space to process your experiences, capture insights, and deepen your understanding of the body’s wisdom. Journaling prompts will be provided to guide this exploration.
The Wisdom of the Body is suitable for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with their body, whether you are new to these practices or looking to enrich an existing practice. Join in this journey of discovery, where the body’s wisdom becomes a guide for greater self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.

When she's not working, you'll find her outdoors, camping with her family, and paddle boarding or swimming in mountain lakes.
