The Willow Ensemble is a contemporary classical trio based in the Midlands featuring flute, clarinet and piano.Melissa (piano), Nicole (flute) and Rosie (clarinet), all alumni of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire have been brought together by their love of ensemble playing and explore an eclectic range of chamber repertoire.
Inspired by nature, their programme takes you on a memorable journey through exhilarating and exciting pieces, to beautifully serene and contemplative musical moments, by composers such as Saent-Saëns, Bizet and Fauré. We present our recitals in a friendly and informal way, wishing to make our concerts enjoyable and accessible for everyone. Families welcome.
The concert is a "Pay What You Feel" event as we wish to make this musical experience accessible for everyone.
Donations can be given in cash or by card on the door. Any donations are greatly received and go towards the costs of hiring the venue for this recital and running costs of the Trio.
The recital will last approximately 50 minutes with no interval.
