Are you ready to release? Those cheeks that is! The lovely and talented Saharla Vetsch is back with her energizing and empowering movement workshop – Release the Cheeks.
This beloved workshop is all about releasing the tension and stress we carry in our hips (and booty) by connecting our minds to the body through lower body focused movement. More than a twerking class, Saharla will guide us through a series of stretches, movements, and grooves before we shake it out on the floor. Trust, you will definitely get your twerk game up too!
In The Wiggle Room, we also intentionally practice having flexibility and grace in our mindset and self-talk around the things we’re each navigating in life. All so that we can leave feeling lighter, brighter, (a little sweaty) and standing in our power.
Remember to Wear + Bring:
• Comfy clothes and shoes to move with ease

• Something to release (non tangible)

Meet Your Instructor:
Saharla Vetsch (she/her) is a Somali American rooted in the Bay Area. Saharla earned a degree in Performing Arts and Social Justice with a concentration on dance from the University of San Francisco. Her artistic and academic journey has been marked by a profound commitment to the transformative power of movement. Saharla’s teaching and performances encourage and celebrate the intersecting identities that make up who we are and inform how we all engage with the world and each other. She does this in the spaces of queer nightlife entertainment, early childhood dance education, and through collaborative dance performances. Saharla strives to be a beacon of self-expression, harnessing the liberating power of dance to ignite a sense of freedom through community.
