Explore the Curriculum: Gain insight into the curriculum of the Lighting the Path Teacher Training program. Discover the key topics covered, including yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and more.
Meet the Founder and Creator: Get to know our experienced and dedicated Founder Pete Guinosso, who will guide you through your teacher training journey. Learn about his background, teaching style, and areas of expertise.
Learn About the Training Structure: Understand the structure and format of the teacher training program, including class schedules, assignments, and practicum requirements.

The Lighting the Path Teacher Training will run from September 5, 2025, to March 8, 2026.
Here’s a breakdown of the training schedule:
1 weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday):
-Friday: 6:00 - 8:30 PM (Evening Yoga Intensive)
-Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 - 10:30 AM (Morning Yoga Intensive)
-Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Training Sessions)
1 Monday and Wednesday per month:
-Monday/Wednesday: 6:00 - 9:00 PM (Training Sessions)
Full dates:
9/5, 9/6 and 9/7 - Weekend
9/15 and 9/17 - Mon/Wed
10/3, 10/4 and 10/5 - Weekend
10/13 and 10/15 - Mon/Wed
11/7, 11/8 and 11/10 - Weekend
11/17 and 11/19 - Mon/Wed
12/5, 12/6 and 12/7 - Weekend
12/15 and 12/17 - Mon/Wed
12/19, 12/20 and 12/21 - Weekend
1/9, 1/10 and 1/11 - Weekend
1/19 and 1/21 - Mon/Wed
2/6, 27 and 2/8 - Weekend
2/16 and 2/18 - Mon/Wed
