About this Event
The Wellness Edit is a curated wellness experience by X-Club, in partnership with H Salon, centred on movement, self-care, and connection at 1 Hotel Mayfair.
The session begins with a mat Pilates class led by X-Club, a female-founded Pilates and wellness studio with locations in Notting Hill, Mayfair, and White City House. Based on the X-Club Method, the class combines strength, mobility, and restoration and is suitable for all levels.
Guests will then take part in a scalp health and haircare workshop led by Annabel, founder of H Salon, covering the impact of London’s hard water, environmental factors, ageing, and lifestyle on scalp health. The workshop includes a guided Gua Sha scalp routine and the opportunity to try H Salon products.
Each guest will receive a full-size H Salon product. The experience concludes with light refreshments and informal networking.
This event is hosted by X-Club. Attendance details will be shared with X-Club for event administration in line with GDPR, and all guests will be required to complete a liability waiver.
Guests are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time.
