Yin Yoga + Sound Immersion

The Weekend Reset Ritual is a slow, intentional evening designed to help you unwind the week, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself — not just for the moment, but for the days that follow.

This experience weaves together long-held Yin yoga, immersive sound healing, and ritual-based integration to support deep rest, release, and recalibration.

We begin by arriving gently — allowing the pace of the week to settle before moving into 60 minutes of Yin Yoga. Through supported, floor-based postures held for longer periods of time, we’ll invite the body to release accumulated tension, create space in the joints and connective tissues, and encourage the nervous system to downshift.

From there, you’ll be guided into a 30-minute Sound Bath, offering a fully receptive state where the body can integrate the practice without effort. The vibrations and frequencies support regulation, restoration, and a sense of internal quiet.

We’ll close the evening with an optional ~15-minute ritual gathering, creating space for integration and connection:

A shared tea moment , journaling + gentle reflection
Optional oracle pulls and mini Reiki energy reads
A make-your-own herbal tea blend to take home — a tangible reminder to continue prioritizing stillness and rest throughout your week
