The Way of Tea: Cha Jing, Tea Ceremony & New Beginnings

Immerse yourself in the Way of Tea — inspired by the Classic of Tea (Cha Jing), the world’s first encyclopedia of tea and tea culture. Experience a guided tea ceremony and blooming tea ritual to reflect on 2025 and welcome 2026 with mindful intention.

In this workshop, you will have:

• Two mini lectures on The Classic of Tea (Cha Jing)
• A tea ceremony with a guided brewing lesson and hands-on practice using Green snail tea
• A blooming tea ritual designed for personal reflection and setting intentions for the year ahead. Ingredients: whole leaf tea, flower, berries, and optional rock sugar. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, please message us on this platform.
• A goodie bag with tea to take home.

You will discuss insights with peers in a warm, supportive setting during breakout sessions.

During this 1 hour 45-minute workshop, you’ll enjoy two guided tea tastings —Green snail tea and blooming tea. During the tea ceremony, you will experience Zan through tea, and have a hands-on practice session afterwards. As you brew blooming tea, you’ll have a meditated writing session for reflection and new year resolution and discuss with your peers afterwards. You will receive a goodie bag with tea at the end of the event.
