What is the Wave? The Wave is a guided mindful silent disco experience which incorporates dance therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and community connection.
The series will be led a collaboration with the breakfast club start your morning with. Yoga, followed by dance, end with powerful breathwork!
What to bring: beach towels, water bottle, yoga Matt.
