Get ready for Summertime Chi with The WalkingHour for a morning of movement, community, wellness, and good energy.
We’ll gather at VBody Power Fitness before heading out for a 3-mile community walk through the beautiful Kenwood neighborhood. After the walk, attendees will learn more about Good. Better. Becoming., the new guided walking journal by The WalkingHour founder, Pamiya Opoku, created to encourage reflection, intentional movement, and reconnecting with yourself one step at a time.
As we prepare for summer, this walk is about more than movement. It’s about showing up for yourself.
We’re excited to be joined by your favorite hype girl and waistbead dealer, Dr. Feyi. Waist beads will be available for purchase following the walk. Waist beads are often worn as a reminder of the promises we make to ourselves — to move with intention, love on our bodies, feel confident, and stay connected to who we’re becoming.
Wear yellow as we glow, shine, and step into summertime bright as the sun. 💛
All registered guests will be entered into a raffle to win waist beads and a signed copy of Good. Better. Becoming.
