The University of Plymouth LGBT+ Staff Network would like to welcome you to join us in marking Lesbian Visibility Week 2024 with a free showing of the film Carol (2015).
Directed by Todd Haynes, Carol (2015) is a romantic period drama adapted from the seminal Patricia Highsmith novel The Price of Salt. Starring Cate Blanchet, Rooney Mara, Sarah Paulson, Jake Lacy and Kyle Chandler, Carol follows two women from very different backgrounds and tells the story of their forbidden affair in 1950s New York.
This is a free event open to all University of Plymouth staff and students, but registration is necessary.
