REALTORS/LENDERS,
My name is Rodney Washington, Marketing Specialist and Veteran Resource Coordinator for the Texas Veterans Land Board. For your convenience, I'll be hosting another virtual TREC class on THURSDAY, December 19th at 230pm (MST).
The Texas Veterans Land Board (VLB) offers a free, one-hour Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)-approved Continuing Education (CE) course on home and land loans. This course will be helpful to you with serving those within the military community, looking to get their own piece of Texas. The course is available in-person and online via Microsoft Teams, and is taught by VLB Marketing and Outreach Staff.
The course covers:
An overview of the VLB's home and land loan programs and common issues that realtors should be aware of .
The course is beneficial because it helps you answer questions from veterans and make them aware of the benefits they've earned. It'll be laid back and informative!
