The Threshold: Solar Eclipse in Aquarius
Join Lauren (Saiki Wellness) for an evening of cacao & sound healing under the Aquarius solar eclipse.
You’ll be guided through a gentle cacao meditation, followed by a multi-gong, crystal bowl and percussion sound healing to support integration and nervous system reset.
This New Moon is supercharged by a Solar Eclipse in Aquarius - the first in a series of six eclipses activating the lunar nodes, often called the nodes of destiny, along the Aquarius–Leo axis.
Eclipses are cosmic wild cards. Moments when destiny takes the wheel. This is why, unlike a typical New Moon, eclipses are not an ideal time for setting intentions or trying to control what you want to manifest. Eclipses often mark turning points - moments of reset that can feel subtle or surprising, but deeply significant over time.
This is a time for rest, regulation, and gentle awareness - creating internal stability so we can meet what’s next with more ease and resilience.

Your guide: Lauren is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner who uses a selection of instruments to re-align your energy, including Gongs, Crystal Singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and percussion. After discovering sound could ease anxiety back in 2017, Lauren is an advocate for the transformational and healing benefits of sound therapy and how it can be used to empower individuals on their personal journeys. The UK Ambassador for Meinl Sonic Energy, Lauren has been featured in Condé Nast Traveler and Town & Country House, and was the first in-house Sound Healing Practitioner at the Adidas Studio in Brick Lane, London. She has guided sound healing and meditation experiences for Google, Spotify, Soho House, Nobu Shoreditch, Dazed, Bvlgari Hotel, Pangaia, Aesop, Alo, and 180 Health Club.
