The Sunday Ritual is PLAY’s 360° self-care experience - a weekly reset designed to energise your body, unlock your creativity, and gently prepare you for the week ahead.
At the heart of the ritual is The PLAY Method: a movement practice developed by the PLAY collective that centres curiosity, exploration, and play. Blending elements of pilates, yoga, and free movement, the method introduces a new way to move - one that’s intuitive, expressive, and open to all bodies and experience levels.
This edition of The Sunday Ritual is led by Mateus Daniel, a dancer whose approach to PLAY sees movement as an energising, euphoric release. Through guided movement, Mateus invites you to reconnect with your body not through perfection, but through freedom and sensation.
The experience then flows into a creative writing workshop, using movement as a gateway into expression - supported by a live DJ set from DAUA, creating an immersive soundscape throughout the session.
