The Sunday Ritual is PLAY’s signature weekly offering - a holistic self-care experience designed to slow you down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself before the week begins.
Grounded in The PLAY Method, this session introduces a movement practice that blends pilates, yoga, and free movement through the lens of curiosity and exploration. Rather than focusing on form or intensity, PLAY invites you to move with awareness, intuition, and ease - making it accessible to all levels.
Led by Isabella Lloyd, a yoga and pilates instructor, this edition of The Sunday Ritual leans into mindfulness and release. Isabella’s approach gently guides you through movement that grounds the body, calms the mind, and creates space - supported by live acoustic music, integrated to land, receive, and ground.
The ritual concludes with a guided journalling practice, using movement and sound as entry points for reflection, clarity, and intention-setting for the week ahead.
