THE SUMMIT – BAR MUSCLE UP GYMNASTICS SEMINAR
A focused 1h30 practical seminar dedicated exclusively to the Bar Muscle Up.
The Summit – Bar Muscle Up is designed for people who already have a gymnastics base and want to understand the structure, timing, and coordination required to achieve or improve their BMU — without guesswork or random attempts.
This seminar breaks the movement down into clear phases, efficient drills, that help you train smarter and progress with purpose.
What to expect:
- BMU mechanics and movement structure
- Swing efficiency and timing
- Pulling and transition concepts
- Common mistakes and how to fix them
- Practical drills and progressions you can apply immediately
Prerequirements:
To ensure a productive experience for everyone, participants should be already able to perform:
- 3 kipping pull-ups
- 1 kipping chest-to-bar pull-up
Led by Jean Martins — CrossFit Level 2 coach, Physical Education graduate, and certified gymnastics coach (CBW & IRC) — with years of experience in functional fitness and individual programming.
