Shop, Sell, Trade and Donate Baby, Kid, Maternity and Other Family-Related Items at the Stroller Exchange In San Francisco this Spring!Featuring new and secondhand Books, Toys, Baby Gear, Clothing, Furniture, Activities, Give-Aways, Healthy Cafe, Raffles and More from families and small businesses in the community!
Six Great Ways to Participate:
1) SELL-Do you have an excess of great maternity/baby/kid stuff to let go of? Rent a booth at the Stroller Exchange, bring everything that you wish to pass on, make some extra $$$ and leave lighter knowing that your items will continue to be loved by another family! Bonus: Don't want to take anything home? Sign up for your stuff to be donated to a local charity at the end of the day and receive a tax write off for your generosity!
2) VISIT-In need of great maternity/baby/kid stuff or just want a fun day out with the family? Pop by and shop for great stuff, participate in an activity for the kids and enjoy a waffle or two from our healthy Caterpillar Cafe! There is plenty of safe, free parking and entrance is only $10 (no charge for kids!).
3) PARTICIPATE AS A PROFESSIONAL VENDOR OR ARTIST-Do you have a great family-friendly business that you think would be an awesome addition to the event? We'd love to hear from you! Rent a booth, host a kids activity, sell your goods, or schedule stage time to share your knowledge or talents. Small and local businesses encouraged to apply!
4) INCLUDE YOUR LO'S RIDE IN THE STROLLER GARDEN-Are you ready to part with your baby's stroller but don't need to rent a booth? Bring your ready-to-pass on ride to the Stroller Exchange Stoller Garden and let us do the selling for you! Includes safety check, pricing assistance and experienced sales people who've been selling second-hand strollers and car seats for over 15 years! All gear must be in good working order with no recalled parts or mold.
5) SPONSER THE EVENT-Get your business name and concept out to the first 50 families through gift bag placement or inclusion. Main event sponsor will have choice of bag. Contributors may include any useful marketing materials geared for families with littles under five. Priority will be given to local businesses with eco-minded ethos.
6) REGISTER YOUR CHARITY TO RECEIVE DONATIONS-Have a great organization that could use donations of great baby/kid/maternity items? Email us and let us know how we can help! We are trained in stroller certification and car seat safety so you can rest assured that passed-on gear will be in great shape and ready for more love!

Booth Rental, Family- Early Bird sign-up $50, after April 10th, $75
Booth Rental, Business-Early Bird $250, after April 10th $300
Stroller Garden-$40 Flat Fee
Speakers and Artists-No Fee. Please contact us to talk about ideas, requests and stage slots.

History: in 2013 Stroller Spa hosted an event in San Francisco called Stroller Fest West at the same location, St. Mary's of Assumption. The event was charity based and featured a consignment sale of strollers, tutorial sessions by professionals, fun events for the whole family, a cafe, and even booths and visits from our favorite baby gear manufacturers. The day concluded with a training of Advanced Stroller Mechanics for Stroller Spa owners. It's been ten years but we are expecting this year's event to be just as fun and heart-centric!
