About this Event

Purpose: To develop a working understanding of the neurobiology of stress—its impact on the brain, mind, and body—and how it manifests in both personal and professional contexts. This knowledge empowers individuals to recognize the physiological and psychological mechanisms of stress and build resilience through established disciplines.

A key focus will be learning how to de-escalate the de-escalator—to effectively modulate the responder within us and others during stressful or emotionally charged situations. This skill is essential for maintaining emotional balance, improving communication and tactical performance.
