About this Event
This is a home for experimental and underrepresented (typically performance) art forms, where you can show new work, receive feedback if desired, meet new friends and collaborators, and be a part of an encouraging & warm community space.
Because of this month being so puppet-centric in our lovely city, we would encourage you to bring puppetry or puppetry-adjacent pieces to this month's salon, though all acts will be adored, no matter the medium, as long as they fit the above brief.
Want to perform something? Fill out this form.
Show starts at 7pm. Bring your friends.
Please note: We will be partnering with the brilliant Agitator Gallery for this month's salon. Due to the limited size of the space, we will be asking for folks to make a reservation in advance to ensure we are not overloading the venue. Tickets are, as always, free.
Masks are required and we will also have an air purifier on site.
We will have some snacks and drinks available but would encourage you to bring some to share if you'd like. We'd prefer vegan snacks and nonalcoholic bevvies. If you'd like to contribute in another way, you are welcome to donate funds via Venmo @stopmotionplant OR please check out this document detailing in-kind donations we accept.
*This show is in conjunction with the Free & Low-Cost DIY Puppetry Event Guide: Counter-Fest Programming for the Community by the Community.
