Session 1: Aligning around a shared vision of upward economic mobility

Whether you’re working in housing, health, education, or workforce, we’re all helping those we serve to achieve a more prosperous future. But we don’t always act that way. In a region that finds itself falling further behind in economic opportunity, we’ll present a framing of economic mobility that can provide a shared north star to move our region forward collectively.

Session 2: Strengthening our sector’s capacity to work smarter

We can’t optimize our impact without using data. And while we all know we need to be data-informed, we don’t always know what that looks like or where to start. It’s more achievable than you think. We’ll hear from organizations using data to inform program design, advocacy and policy, and operations. We’ll also share what work lies ahead to strengthen our regional sector.
