Speaker Panel Overview:
Haley Rubinson is Revel’s Vice President of Corporate Affairs, overseeing the company’s government and regulatory affairs and communications functions. Revel is the leading provider of public electric vehicle fast charging and all-electric rideshare in New York City. Prior to Revel, Haley was a Managing Director at Tusk Ventures, running multi-jurisdictional campaigns for start-ups and offering strategic growth and regulatory advice. She served as Deputy Policy Director for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, and has held a series of positions in New York City and New York State government focused on transportation and infrastructure policy.
Michael Lyndon-James, Senior Associate at Ashurst LLP: Michael practices primarily in the area of project finance and energy, transport and infrastructure projects focused on public private partnerships, working with lenders, sponsors and public authorities. Michael's transactional experience includes a broad range of corporate matters, including advising in respect of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate governance and capital markets. His experience includes a focus on both international and domestic renewable energy, and infrastructure- and resource-related transactions, both in the United States and Australia.
Mehrsa Khaleghi, Ph.D. is an e-mobility lead at AECOM, specializing in transportation decarbonization with over five years of experience in automotive, sustainability, and renewable energy. She supports fleet electrification projects by analyzing fleet data, benchmarking infrastructure, and optimizing incentives and grants. With a PhD in industrial engineering, Mehrsa has conducted research on user-centered infrastructure solutions. As a subject matter expert, she excels in resilience planning and fostering collaboration among service providers, utilities, policymakers, and local entities to advance zero-emission transportation. Her combined academic and practical experience enables her to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that help clients meet their sustainability goals.
