About this Event
The Spirit of Goodwill Band, made up of people with a variety of disabilities – come together to play beautiful music. Their journey is one filled with setbacks, victories and—ultimately—growth as individuals. Their joy of participation and sense of empowerment shows on each musician’s face as they play.
This disciplined group of men and women, with their own style of music, has much more to give than just a great sound. They offer inspiration and the message of music’s nurturing powers for people with and without disabilities.
The Spirit of Goodwill Band is playing as part of an all-star jazz line-up on Lincoln Road (1100 Lincoln Road). Do not miss the South Beach Jazz Festival’s “Jazz Hits the Road,” a beautiful day of jazz music.

While donations are optional, they are greatly appreciated and contribute to funding Power Access scholarships, our mission, and community programs. Power Access is committed to promoting accessibility and inclusion and does this by hosting the Annual South Beach Jazz Festival. The festival leverages the profound heritage of jazz music to broaden our community's understanding and appreciation of individuals with unique abilities.
