✨ Time for grounding, journalling, and optional sharing after the journey

🧘 Provided: Yoga mats and floor pillows
🎒 Please bring:
• Blankets or extra pillows for comfort
• A journal and pen
• Water bottle
👕 Wear: Comfortable, relaxed clothing suitable for lying down or sitting
