Slow down and savour the comfort of scratch-made soup and fresh, warm bread in this cozy, seasonal cooking class. Each session features a delicious soup-and-bread pairing inspired by the flavours of the season—whether it’s summer tomatoes and focaccia or Moroccan soup and pita in spring.
Designed for all skill levels, this class is ideal for anyone who loves wholesome food, simple techniques, and hands-on fun.
What to Expect:
You’ll work in small groups to prepare a hearty soup and a complementary bread. Learn knife skills, how to season and layer flavour in soup, and bread-making techniques like kneading, shaping, and proofing. At the end of class, enjoy a warm sit-down meal of your creations—or pack them up to take home.
