About this Event
The Sound of Letting Go is a spring sound bath designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and invite you into deep, nourishing rest. Surrounded by layers of resonant sound and vibration, you’ll be guided into a space of gentle release where what feels heavy, complete, or ready to be laid down can begin to loosen. Inspired by the balancing energy of the Full Moon in Libra, this journey creates space to exhale, recalibrate, and open to the subtle renewal of spring.
Participants may leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. This experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper sense of inner balance as you soften what is ready to end and make space for renewal.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own eye pillow/mask and journal for notes and reflections.
Anti gravity chairs will be provided for the first 9 people to arrive.
