About this Event
San Francisco's favorite gathering is back. We're coming together at Grace Cathedral so 1,000 of us can drop into a space of stillness and ease— together.
During the experience, most people lay down, like they are receiving a sonic massage. There will be seated spots available as well!
We have a surprise planned for the end of this one.
Arrive between 7 & 7:30 to get comfortable and connect.
Our symphony is conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more —
Featuring

We come together to elucidate your deepest state of clarity, soothe away your worries, and bring you closer to your heart.
_____
Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.During the event, participants (mostly laying down) are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience. You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound.
We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try.
Sound Meditation Presents promotes the practice of using sound as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.
