The Soul Sister Meditation & Healing Circle - November

The healing & meditation circle is a unique gathering where you can take your place alongside other women & bring forward for inner healing what is needing to be released.

As we prepare to start 'wintering' and approach what can be a season of mixed emotions - we journey inwards to connect to our bodies through meditation and listen to what is needed. We find some quiet time within our minds to bring clarity & relaxation. We will be using sound frequencies, along with reiki energy healing to tap into any emotions that need to be healed.

A chance to relax, reconnect, heal and be set energetically for the week ahead.

This is a unique event as the visualisations and journeys are infused with reiki healing through my voice & sound. I channel the energy through these to you, as well as allowing you to understand the power of your own energy to feel shifts, find inner renewal & understand more about yourself.

We share, we go on a journey of mediation and visualisation to understand more about ourselves – through self-enquiry understand what you need to let go of what your emotional and energetic blocks are and set intentions to serve ourselves better.

We then end with a journey of healing and feel the energy move through us to balance our energy systems to feel refreshed and renewed, and full of clarity and purpose. Reiki energy healing will be shared as a group and given individually.

What to expect:

· Powerful guided mediation & visualisations for understanding our energetic blocks and to feel a powerful shift in energy.

· Reiki energy healing to cleanse out old energies.

· Personally understand your energetic blocks & how to continue clearing these at home, focusing on the solar plexus energy centre.

· A ritual to release & journal your intentions.

· Reconnection & relaxation.

· Inspirational oracle card pull.

As women, we are warriors of life and when we come together as soul sisters this helps us to find our voice, set intention, acknowledge our emotion, and move back into our feminine flow. When we allow ourselves to be in the present moment and come back to self-love, we come back to the true essence of who we are.

This is an opportunity to:

No previous experience is needed.

No matter what we bring with us to this space it will be held, and the expression and acknowledgement of emotion should not be feared, it is not negative it is part of us being human! We need to regulate our emotions through expression and in an ever-busy world we don’t always have the place, space, or time to be able to feel these emotions as we strive for more and navigate life. Sometimes we don’t feel that our expression is worthy or me may be judged.

Please Note:

Cushions are provided, we will be seated on the floor and lying down at some points, so please feel free to bring any additional blankets, yoga mat, eye mask or cushions to ensure you are comfortable. Chairs can be provided if required.

You will be guided through meditations to reconnect with your inner light and awaken you to new possibilities. Letting go of the past and bringing in the light of transformation.

Releasing old energy & self-reflection:

A time to let go of what is no longer serving you and a ritual to cleanse and release. An opportunity to receive reiki healing and understand your energy and emotional blocks. Enabling you to clear these and start to set new intentions.

Intention setting:

We all let our boundaries slip and forget what our intentions are for living a more fulfilled, peaceful, and clear life. I will guide you on how to open your mind and hearts to your desires and how to plant the seeds to create these new beginnings and the boundaries you need to set to achieve these.
