The Soul Remembered
Join us on the full moon for a transformational evening of healing, ancestral connection, release, and embodiment held under the white oaks by sacred fire. This ceremonial experience includes a shamanic drum journey along with powerful guided meditations designed to help you connect with your lineage, harvest ancestral gifts, and release patterns no longer meant for you.
You will be guided with meditation and the medicine drum, to clear and ground your energy before your journey to connect with your ancestors. You will then have time to integrate before you connect with them once again to receive the gifts they have for you. You will then participate in a ceremonial release harnessing the power of the full moon. Before you leave you will be guided through a meditation and healing to take you forward in a higher more aligned vibration than when you arrived. Medicine drumming with Michael Drum and Steady Wolf moves your mind, body and soul into deeply relaxed theta state reverie.
🌀 The Ceremony Will Include:
- Land Acknowledgment & Intention Setting – honoring the spirits of the land and opening sacred space and setting your personal healing intention
- Guided Meditation to Clear & Prepare the Energy Body – led by Jackie Helton, with medicine drumming by Michael Drum and Steady Wolf to support grounding and energetic readiness
- Guided Ancestral Connection Meditation – led by Key Burns, guiding you to meet your ancestors and receive their insight and presence with drumming
- Integration Break – space for reflection, journaling, or sharing
- Harvesting the Gifts of the Ancestors – a silent and contemplative guided meditation to receive ancestral strengths, blessings, and wisdom
- Pinecone Release Ceremony – offer to the fire what is no longer yours to carry: patterns, wounds, beliefs passed down through generations
- Embodiment Meditation and healing with Medicine Drumming – led by Jackie to anchor the gifts you've received and embody your higher self with the support of Micheal and Wolf's powerful drum medicine
What to Bring
- A journal + pen
- Water bottle
- A pinecone or you may have one of ours
- A small item for the ancestral altar (photo, stone, herb, etc.) optional
- Blanket, chair, or cushion for sitting comfortably outdoors
- Drum or rattle (optional – This event is designed for your healing so we will reserve any group participation for those who wish to join at the end)
We do ask for an energy exchange. If you are called to attend but cannot afford it, please email us. No one will be turned away.
