Join us for "A Consuming Fire," a drama on the life of Jim Elliot put on by the Shining Light Players. This group has won numerous awards for their music, scripts, and acting; so you certainly don't want to miss them as they leave their home in Floridan and come to the Triangle. This program will follow the lives of Jim Elliot and his companions who were missionaries that gave their lives to share the gospel with hostile tribes in what they termed "Operation Auca." This event follows their efforts and the effects of the gospel following their passing. Cost for this event is free and everyone is invited, but there will be a free will offering that will be given to the players after the program.
