THE SOUL OF R&B is an immersive, hands-on workshop where participants create an original song or spoken word piece inspired by classic R&B, enhanced by visual storytelling.
Rooted in the rich history of Rhythm & Blues, this experience explores how the genre carries stories of love, joy, heartbreak, resistance and healing - and invites you to bring your voice and vision into that legacy.

- Write an original spoken word or song piece
- Pair your piece with curated visuals
- Record or perform your work
- Share your final creation with the group

- Get placed into a group inspired by an R&B artist
- Take on a role: Artist, Songwriter, or Director
- Create a short original piece over an instrumental
- Record your piece or prepare for a live performance
- Build a visual story to match your sound
- Showcase your final piece
