The Soul of LTC: Uncovering Why We Stay & How We Grow
Long-term care workers bring a depth to their work that no job posting truly captures and no paycheck fully reflects—yet most have never been asked to name it out loud. This "Soul of LTC" session uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to shift the conversation around recruitment and retention, moving from a scarcity mindset to a showcase of value.
Participants will engage in a series of guided builds to detail the unique skills they bring to their roles and the profound "hidden value" found in their work. These individual insights will merge into a shared model, physically constructing a new narrative for the industry. Participants will leave the session with a unique ‘value narrative’ about long-term care —and how to translate that narrative into a stronger, more human foundation for attracting and keeping talent.
Grounded in constructivism, metaphorical reasoning, and the neuroscience of the hand-mind connection, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® unlocks insights that surveys and staff meetings rarely touch.
