FashionBar LLC presents The Shops!
The Shops is a fashion and accessory pop-up hosted by FashionBar Chicago in the high-end retail hub of Water Tower Place in downtown Chicago.
We are seeking Fashion Designers and Brands to participate as vendors in a 9x9 space for a single-day pop-up shop. This is an excellent opportunity to market your brand, gain commercial exposure, connect with clients, and promote and sell your goods and services. The Shops is open to the public and to Water Tower Place attendees throughout the weekend.
Details:
- Limited to only 6-8 brands per day.
- View the retail space at Water Tower Place here (near JJill and White House Black Market).
We Provide:
- A 9x9 space
- (1) 6-foot table
- (2) Chairs
- Music
What to Bring:
- A selection of your preferred items to vend (quality over quantity, please).
- Additional tables, if necessary (black lining is required, and tables must fit your space).
Assignment:
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, register as soon as possible!

Once purchased, you will receive "The Shops Check-In" itinerary document highlighting the following:
- Important dates and times leading up to the event.
- Set-up and breakdown information.
- Insurance suggestions using Event Insurance for vendor coverage (recommended but not required).
Participating vendors must also complete the Vendor Google Form here to ensure accurate marketing and branding details before the event.
