Keeta’s Place INC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides a Life Skills and Life Coaching program that reaches middle school and high school-aged girls throughout the United States with a targeted focus on girls in low-income and underserved neighborhoods, as well as the daughters of those who have served, and girls who are in the care of the state through a virtual program, like no other.
Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic by 1LT Lakeeta Williams, LSW. Our program has taken the responsibility of providing young ladies with the life skills that are needed to become productive citizens who can contribute to society as they grow into adulthood. We utilize our platform to educate, inspire, and motivate our girls by supporting their seven fundamental human needs (Subsistence, Understanding and Growth, Connection and Love, Contribution, Esteem and Identity, Self-Governance, Significance and Purpose). Our social-emotional learning-based curriculum centers around girls improving their confidence, forming healthy habits, building healthy relationships, overcoming distractions, and removing negative self-thoughts.
On July 27, 2024, Keeta’s Place INC will host our first fundraising event called the She Who Inspires Me Tea in San Antonio, TX. at the Veterans Wellness Center 6333 De Zavala RD. This will be a brunch-styled formal event that will allow our W.O.T. Girls and guests to take a moment to honor the women in their lives who have inspired them while learning more about our organization, those that we serve, and our plans for the upcoming season. The purpose of this fundraiser is to raise money to carry forward our Mission by expanding our programs and sustaining as well as creating ambitious projects that will continue to help improve the lives of the Women of Tomorrow also known as our W.O.T. Girls.

A portion of all ticket donations are tax deductible.
