The Self-Love Sessions - Clean Break Members Festival

The Self-Love Sessions is a transformative journey towards embracing and nourishing your true self. In this empowering workshop you will embark on a path of self-discovery, self-care, and self-acceptance. Guided by Clean Break Member Denero and supported by Clean Break Participation Manager Sophie, you will learn practical tools and techniques to cultivate self-love, build a positive self-image, and develop a deep sense of self-worth. Through mindful practices, Self-Love exercises, and interactive workshops, you will unravel limiting beliefs, release self-judgment, and foster a loving relationship with yourself. The Self-Love Sessions empowers you to prioritize your well-being, unlock your inner strength, and create a life filled with love, joy, and authenticity.

Beyond is a celebratory event led and delivered by our Members* and dedicated to showcasing the creative talents of the women at the heart of Clean Break.

Connection, discovery and healing are the central themes of this year’s festival. Audiences are invited to connect with Clean Break’s creative community, at an event which will inspire and nourish.
