Through intentional prompts, guided exercises, and meaningful dialogue, participants will explore their current season, identify what they’re ready to release, and reconnect with what feels true—right now.
What You’ll Walk Away With: Greater clarity about where you are in your life. A signed copy of the guided journal , "Purposely NAKED". A deeper connection to your inner voice. Language for honoring your season without guilt or comparison. A renewed sense of permission to choose you.
Who This Experience Is For: This experience is for you if you: Feel called to reconnect with yourself. Are navigating transition, growth, or emotional fatigue. Desire a safe, judgment-free space to reflect and reset. Are ready to honor your truth without apology. Want to be seen, heard, and supported as you are. You do not need to have it all figured out.
