VANJA is a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic healing facilitator. With years spent on her spiritual and self-healing journey, she got the vision of creating safe spaces for personal growth and development. Vanja now passionately leads transformational QUANTUM Breathwork and Somatic Release workshops both in the US & Europe with genuine knowing that the essence of wholeness is within all of us.Her work emphasizes nervous system regulation, somatic healing, trauma processing & rewiring old patterns to achieve states of deep healing, guiding you back to your raw, powerful, authentic self.

Please read this part fully before booking your ticket.Safety is of utmost importance for QUANTUM Breathwork. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes, and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend. These are:
- Pregnancy
- High blood pressure
- Diagnosed Severe PTSD
- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
- Detached Retina
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurysms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Severe Asthma
- Heart disease
- Heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
