BOARDING INFORMATION

• Boarding will begin 15 minutes before cruise time.
• Crew can not delay departure for late arrivals.
• Please have your Eventbrite QR Code ready on your phone. This will be located by clicking the link in your email confirmation OR your Eventbrite app.
• Please give yourself enough time to arrive as parking can be difficult and various other factors could affect your arrival time.
• BOARDING LOCATION - Your boat will board along the CHICAGO RIVERWALK at 355 East Riverwalk South. PLEASE cut and paste this address and use Google Maps to help if you haven't been to the Chicago Riverwalk before.

ADMISSION AND SEATING:

Seating is first come, first served. Admission on the boat is based on capacity, not seating available.

BEVERAGE POLICY FOR THIS VESSEL

* This vessel is equipped with bar service.

* Please refer to the CHARGES section above for information on the bar package you selected, if any.

* NO outside beverages will be allowed aboard this vessel.

* Outside beverages will be confiscated and disposed of by the crew.

* You can bring beverages purchased at Island Party Hut Tiki Bar and Grill aboard this vessel.

FOOD POLICY FOR THIS VESSEL

* Outside food may not be brought aboard the vessel.

* You may purchase food from Island Party Hut Tiki Bar and Grill to bring aboard the vessel.

* If you plan to get food from the HUT please do so at least 60 minutes prior to your boarding time.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

*All ticket sales are final. No refunds for no shows.

* Cancellations by Island Party Boat will be fully refunded

*The boat is enclosed which means the boat will go out rain or shine.

Orders with 4 or more tickets are required to sign a participation agreement.
